We developed a system connected to the accounting software Pohoda and Dynamics 365 that can automatically generate financial reports in Power BI. Companies and accounting firms thus have accurate real-time metrics, simplifying management and increasing the value of client services.

Assignment

The client needed to improve the quality of accounting reporting and make key financial indicators clearer. The original system was complex, inflexible, and did not provide real-time information necessary for company management. This applied to both businesses and accounting firms managing multiple clients.

Our Solution

We developed a reporting system based on a data warehouse and Power BI technology, integrated with the Pohoda accounting software and Dynamics 365 CRM system. The system allows users to:

• automatically load and consolidate accounting data,
• generate clear visualizations of key indicators,
• provide real-time information with interactive data exploration,
• easily customize reports for both individual companies and accounting firms.

Result

Thanks to the new system, companies and accounting offices now have access to accurate, up-to-date reports that enable them to monitor financial health in real time. Accounting firms can offer their clients greater added value through modern analyses and recommendations, while companies gain a tool for better cash-flow management and planning.
