We are a team of 19 experienced mathematicians, data scientists and developers from Brno. With a wide range of experience, we are ready to offer help to find solutions to complex problems. Our team has been working together for several years, and is well-established and exceptionally efficient. We specialize in data analysis and machine learning.
The most experienced member of our team. He can help with wide range of analytical issues especially mathematical models. In addition to mathematics, his passion is football, which he fulfills as a youth coach.
Michal, as a co-founder, knows how to talk about us nicely, so he connects us with interesting people, brings new projects and creates business opportunities. He enjoys good wine and a pipe or cigar, but he does not refuse any sport challenge.
Our chief mathematician, nitpick and know-it-all. At work, he uses both the sense for detail and the ability to see the big picture to drive our projects to successful results. In private life, he uses the same to rise interest in the heads of all of his six seven offsprings.
Happy soul of our team. Laura is taking care of all our needs and keeps the company running. She is finishing her studies at Mendel University and in her free time she draws beautiful portraits.

Also enjoys sleek design in luxury cars. Comes from Switzerland, enjoys both nature and city life. Enjoys skateboarding, basketball, and boxing to face his limits. Music is a big part of his life, providing constant inspiration.
Data analyst with focus on anomaly detection algorithms and prediction models. He likes to spend his free time hiking, traveling, or just relaxing with friends over a board game.
Data analyst focusing on various areas of data mining, traditional statistical methods and data analytics. For his work, he mainly uses the R language, which complements Python. In his spare time, he enjoys books, hiking and sports.
Mirek works as a data analyst with a focus on topology and geographic data. Recently, he has also been involved in IoT data collection and storage and communications. Outside of work, he likes to relax somewhere in the woods, on a bike or with a book.
Ondřej has joined as our new project manager, overseeing everything that happens at CzechMath. Besides that, he is pursuing his PhD at Mendel University in Brno, is involved in event management and politics and relaxes preferably on hike with some friends, or with a book in hand.
Radoslav is our newest data analyst. His interests include mathematical analysis, number theory, and some areas of theoretical physics. He is not afraid of any mathematical challenge or learning new programming languages. He enjoys spending his free time rock climbing, drawing or playing with his Tesla coils.
He doesn't like to talk about himself, so writing this text was a pain for him. He programs mostly in the R language, but he doesn't know how to write with all ten fingers. In his spare time, he likes to fall asleep watching Formula 1 races.
Josef is our computer scientist and data analyst, currently completing his studies. He works primarily in Python and has a keen interest in neural networks, fast and parallel computing using CUDA, and solving complex algorithms and data structures. Outside of his academic and professional life, Josef used to play volleyball and football at an amateur level and also has a musical background, having played the violin, piano, and mandolin in his younger years.
Lukáš is an experienced business and product manager specializing in custom software development. He enjoys teamwork and is known for his realistic approach, transforming ambitious customer intentions into feasible plans. Lukáš enjoys working for customers, has extensive international experience, and excels in building long-term relationships. Lukáš is also a passionate athlete, loves traveling, and music.
Our youngest data analyst, interested in machine learning. In addition to his job, he is also studying at the university. His favorite hobby is sports, either watching or playing. Furthermore, he also likes to relax, for example with a good cup of tea or at an event with friends.
Python software developer, who designs architecture of our applications and integrates algorithms developed by our data analysts. He likes movies, chess, and growing spicy peppers.
Michaela is our new data analyst. While finishing her studies at Masaryk University she is already an invaluable member of the team. She plans to travel the world and pursue a career in mathematics. Her hobbies include music, floristry, martial arts, and British sitcoms.
Jana divides her time between preparation of expert studies and teaching on Masaryk University. She likes to spend time in nature, visit cinemas, theaters and concerts.
